Director of Finance and Operations (DFO)

The foundation has an immediate need for a Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) to join our team. This position works closely with the President, ensuring that all finance, accounting, reporting, Human Resources and other operations run smoothly and effectively. This is a highly visible role working directly with the Board, Board committees and the community, so demands a deep understanding of all of the foundation’s activities.

The DFO is supported by outsourced accounting, IT and HR partners and is responsible for strategic budgeting, cash flow management, human resources, supporting fundraising, foundation programs and grant-making.
