SF’s Gender Institute is Pioneering Transgender Surgery (ABC-7 Feature)

During Pride Month, our surgeons Dr. Ellie Zara Ley, a renowned gender affirming plastic surgeon, and our Foundation board member, Dr. Heidi Wittenberg, Director of MoZaic Care Inc, Medical Director of the Gender Institute and Chief of Surgery at SFMH were featured by ABC-7. They not only tell the story of Dr. Wittenberg’s highly accomplished surgical practice, Saint Francis Memorial Hospital and its funding partner, Saint Francis Foundation faithfully serves everyone in need- and is deeply committed to equality for all.
