Read the proceedings of a workshop exploring equity, community engagement and population health
In December 2016, TLHIP was invited to participate in a Population Health Roundtable, hosted by National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. During the workshop, we explored community engagement and working to address equity in communities around the country. For TLHIP, it was a chance to share the results of successful partnerships in the Tenderloin and hear from others in the field about their work in the Bay Area and beyond.
