Saint Francis Foundation Welcomes Lindsay Caldwell as Newest Board Member

We are excited to announce that Lindsay Caldwell has joined the Saint Francis Foundation Board of Directors. With over 15 years of global HR experience in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, consulting, and aerospace industries, Lindsay brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
Currently, Lindsay is the Vice President of Human Resources at Metagenomi, where she leads HR initiatives focused on talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance programs, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion. Her previous roles at Gilead Sciences, Arup, Nestle Waters, and Northrop Grumman have equipped her with a broad and deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and change management.
Lindsay holds an MBA in Strategy & Leadership and an MS in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University’s Peter Drucker School of Management, along with a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University.
