Saint Francis Foundation Board Members Support SFCHC at the Show of Hope Gala

Saint Francis Foundation Board members recently attended the Show of Hope Gala, hosted by our community partner, the San Francisco Community Health Center (SFCHC). It was a wonderful evening celebrating SFCHC’s inspiring work to advance health equity and improve the well-being of San Francisco’s most vulnerable communities.

The Foundation is proud to support SFCHC through our Community Partnerships grantmaking, including long-standing funding for their Street Medicine and TransCare programs. In 2025, the Foundation further deepened this commitment with a $325,000 gift to sustain trauma-informed care and street medicine services in response to federal funding cuts – a partnership that continues to make meaningful impact across the city.

We’re grateful to our Board members who attended and represented the Foundation at this special event, joining community leaders and supporters to celebrate SFCHC’s life-changing work.
