Dear Friends,
Your partnership has fueled a year of meaningful impact at Saint Francis Foundation. As we reflect on our 2024–2025 fiscal year, which we closed on June 30, we are proud to share highlights of the progress we’ve made together to advance high-quality, equitable and affordable healthcare in San Francisco.
With your support, the Foundation made significant strides in improving community-wide health, both through our ongoing funding of physician- and staff-led priorities at UCSF Health Saint Francis Hospital and our support for a growing number of nonprofit partners who provide access to essential medical services and treatment.
Together, we have expanded the safety net and built a stronger continuum of care for San Francisco’s most vulnerable and underserved residents.
