Nominate Your Moy’s Heroes Today!

Brad K. Moy, MD is committed to recognizing heroes at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital. In April 2019, Dr. Moy made the largest gift to date to the Saint Francis Foundation’s education fund to support Saint Francis staff. “Moy’s Heroes” award will greatly impact a Hospital employee’s professional goals.

Moy’s Heroes Scholarship Award

Do you go above and beyond for others? Are you currently enrolled in school to further your education?

If you are someone who displays kindness and service to others, you can complete a Moy’s Hero Scholarship Award Application to be considered for a scholarship prize. You must be a full-time or part-time (20 hours) Saint Francis employee to be eligible, and be able to show current enrollment or enrollment within 9 months of the application deadline (by May 31, 2024). You must provide a brief letter of recommendation (no more than 1 page) and upload it to this application.

Moy’s Heroes Compassionate Care Award

Do you have a coworker who goes above and beyond for others, maybe even without recognition?

If so, you can nominate a colleague who has displayed a unique act of kindness or demonstrated exceptional service to patients and coworkers. Nominees must be a full-time or part-time (20 hours) Saint Francis employee to be eligible.

The award winner(s) will be selected and announced in September.
