Driving Positive Impact in 2018
Since 2014, TLHIP has invested more than $3 million in collaborative initiatives that positively impact community health outcomes. Together with Saint Francis Memorial Hospital as a healthcare provider, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient centered care through our emergency department and our hospital daily. With only 20% of health outcomes determined by the quality of medical care individuals receive, and 80% driven by environmental, social and economic factors and health behaviors tied to the neighborhood in which people live, we invest both in the care our patients receive in the hospital and in improving health in our community.
