Helping Tenderloin Safe Passage find a permanent home as a program of the Tenderloin Community Benefit District (CBD) provided Safe Passage a stable and sustainable base to scale its program reach and deepen its impact. It also opened up opportunities for the CBD to connect directly with residents and more effectively serve as an anchor institution promoting safety and cleanliness in the neighborhood and supporting the emergence of resident leaders and neighborhood safety stewards.
