Do you want to do more than just attend events? Do you want to give back to your community? Do you want access to hands-on-volunteer opportunities? How about saving a few dollars on those great events you attend anyways?
Our mission is to raise awareness of and funding for Saint Francis Memorial Hospital and we can’t do that without the support of our membership base. Our members pay annual dues which help cover the organization’s overhead costs and also contribute to our annual donation to Saint Francis Foundation. But being a member is much more than just paying dues. We look to our members to expand our reach, increase our impact and help shape the future of the organization.

Discounted admission to all Associate sponsored events
- In 2010, members receive over $80 worth of discounts to our events.
Volunteer opportunities at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital
- To become a volunteer at any hospital typically requires three hours of training but we offer our members streamlined sessions at convenient hours so they can get involved as soon as possible. There are ongoing volunteer events monthly, larger group events throughout the year, and the opportunity to get even more involved if you wish.
Volunteer opportunities in the community
- As a non-profit hospital, SFMH actively partners with community outreach programs such as Glide, Giants Community Fund, and Bay Area Womens and Children Center just to name a few. Members will have the opportunity to support programs such as these through events organized by The Associates Board.
A network of civic-minded young professionals
- Members of the Associates share many common values including the importance of giving back to their community. A network built on these common bonds facilitates lasting relationships and rewarding experiences.
Discounted pricing for various Bay Area performances and athletic events
- We like to reward the loyal support of our members by passing along discounts to events such as the San Francisco Ballet, a Giants game, or the events of other non – profit organizations.
